First of all, you must know t*at t*e 8t* letter of t*e alp*abet is not working on my computer and I am indicating t*at letter wit* an asterisk. I took my Acadia in to be diagnosed. After t*e diagnostic work was done, I was given t*e results t*at two main areas were needing to be fixed as soon as possible. I, of course, *ad questions bc I was going to be filled $3,200. Jeovany (sp?) explained everyt*ing to me very professionally and patiently (I *ad quite a few questions). I was taken *ome by Sandra, a fairly new employee w*o *ad *elped me on a prior visit. S*e was/is so friendly and personalble t*at I really enjoyed our conversation t*en and also today! I appreciate very muc* Jeovanny for being very transparent about t*e t*ings t*at need to be repared on my ve*icle. I also appreciate Sandra's being available to take me *ome and not making me feel as if it was an unwanted c*ore s*e *ad to do. S*e is suc* a delig*t! ltz

Again this service department is great to deal with.

Shannon is the best and always gets us taken care of.

Oil change done as scheduled with minimal downtime. Even fixed a temporary minor problem with my sound system while I was there!

Came in for scheduled oil and fuel filter change. That went ok, although prices have really increased.. There was supposed to be a 27-point inspection but a cooling system issue was missed; perhaps that is not something that is checked.
